Comment: Had bad experience with office staff for my rental unit payment issues, which were due to their mistake (viz using the wrong card even when informed). Usually, a business is required to send a notice to the customer first before imposing any extra charges for non payment/overdue. In my case, I never got any notice, but to save time n hassle, I just paid the extra charges in the month of September(got ripped off) In October, I got another notice about non payment (as they still tried to charge my old inactive card even after telling staff not to use when paid rent n extra charges in the month of September). Again, I'm about to get ripped off. No one in the office was able to answer me, and I got to the point that I was ready to write to BBB about this business. George, the manager, called me ( as I wrote an email to the owner Lee) and told me to come by. Went there, George finally got the issue cleared up. Was able to waive extra charges for this notice but still had extra charges for previous, which he said can't do anything. Frankly, I would tell people to avoid this business, but George's attitude calmed me to some extent. I will be getting out of this place ASAP, so I don't have to deal with this C... again
